We deliver throughout Egypt. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Order confirmation
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm delivery details, especially for cash-on-delivery orders.
Delivery areas
Delivery is available to all Egyptian governorates. Delivery timing may vary for remote areas, public holidays, or high-volume collection launches.
Failed delivery
Please make sure your mobile number and address are accurate. If the courier cannot reach you, a second attempt may incur an additional delivery charge.
Payment
Cash on delivery and manual InstaPay are available. For InstaPay orders, payment details and proof-of-payment instructions will be sent after the order is placed.
