Frequently asked questions

Questions, answered clearly

Straight answers about scope, process, ownership and what happens after launch.

How long does a website take?

Most focused websites take four to eight weeks after content, scope and access are ready. Larger integrations or delayed feedback can extend the timeline.

What do you need from me?

We normally need your goals, offers, audience, content, brand assets, required access and one decision-maker for timely feedback.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Maintenance, hosting management and scoped improvement work can continue after launch.

What does maintenance include?

It includes managed updates, security and speed checks, uptime and backup monitoring, basic troubleshooting and up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month.

Can I start with one service?

Yes. A focused service is often the best place to start. The system can be extended when there is a clear reason.

How do payments work?

Payment milestones are agreed in the proposal before work starts. Third-party subscriptions and payment fees are separate unless stated.

Which tools can you automate?

Common projects connect forms, email, spreadsheets, calendars, CRMs and supported business tools. Feasibility depends on available APIs and account access.

Will the site be mobile-friendly?

Yes. Every website and landing page is designed mobile-first and tested across practical screen sizes.

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes. We first review the current content, technology, SEO risks and conversion path before recommending a rebuild or focused improvements.

What happens after launch?

You receive a handover, agreed documentation and a clear list of post-launch responsibilities. Ongoing support can be added if useful.

Are subscriptions included?

No. Hosting, SaaS, automation, chatbot, CRM and other third-party subscriptions are separate unless the proposal explicitly includes them.

Can you use my Hostinger account?

Yes. We can work inside your Hostinger environment with a staging-first, backup-led workflow and documented deployment.

Do I receive the code?

Yes, after agreed invoices are paid you receive the custom project code, excluding licensed third-party products and reusable pre-existing components.

Can I add services later?

Yes. The architecture is designed so pages, services, packages and integrations can be extended without rebuilding everything.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee revenue, traffic, rankings, leads or conversion outcomes. We commit to the agreed scope, quality, testing and clear communication.

Can you work with my existing WordPress website?

Yes, after a technical audit and backup. We avoid making direct live changes when safe staging is available.

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes. Important content uses native WordPress pages, Gutenberg, settings and structured admin fields.

Can the website become multilingual?

Yes. Multilingual architecture can be added after language scope, translation ownership and SEO requirements are agreed.

Still deciding?

Bring the bottleneck. We will help you find the simplest next move.
