Scope and quotes
Work begins after scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms and third-party requirements are agreed in writing. Custom requests may change the quote.
Payments and timelines
Payment milestones and due dates are defined in the accepted proposal. Timelines depend on timely access, feedback, content and approvals from the client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate content, lawful materials, access to required systems and prompt decisions.
Content, revisions and changes
Included revisions are stated in the proposal. New pages, features, integrations or changed requirements may require a change order.
Third parties and subscriptions
Third-party software, hosting, subscriptions, transaction fees and external services are separate unless expressly included.
Intellectual property and ownership
Ownership and licence terms are defined in the proposal. Final project files are transferred after agreed invoices are paid, excluding third-party materials and reusable pre-existing components.
Maintenance, hosting and cancellation
Ongoing responsibilities, cancellation terms and any hosting arrangements are defined per service. Ending maintenance does not include indefinite support.
Liability
No revenue, ranking, traffic, lead or conversion result is guaranteed. Liability limitations must be reviewed and completed for the relevant jurisdiction.
