Return window: request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Eligibility
To qualify, the item must show no signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, damage, or alteration. We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet these conditions.
How to request a return

- Share your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Wait for return instructions before sending the parcel.
Return shipping
Return shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the item was delivered faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected. Original delivery fees are not refundable unless Tulico made an error. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be completed by bank transfer or InstaPay after the customer provides the required details securely.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
